It is with deep sadness that we share the news of the unexpected passing of our beloved founding partner, David B. Earle. David was not only a visionary leader but also a dedicated advocate for our clients, leaving an indelible impact on our firm and the community we serve.

David is survived by his loving wife, Ellen, and his cherished daughters, Katie and Elizabeth. David was a devoted family man whose love for his family was evident in all he did. David was also a longtime and dedicated member of the Martin County Bar Association, where he made significant contributions and formed lasting friendships throughout his career.

David’s professional accolades were numerous and a testament to his dedication and expertise. He was AV Rated, a distinction reflecting the highest level of professional excellence. David was also Board Certified in Condominium and Planned Development Law, demonstrating his deep specialization and skill in this area. Additionally, David served as Chairman of The Florida Bar’s Grievance Committee (19-A) and as Chairman of the 19th Judicial Circuit’s Nominating Commission, showcasing his commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards. David was also a certified mediator and a certified arbitrator, helping to resolve complex disputes with fairness and wisdom.

Throughout his remarkable career, David’s unwavering commitment to justice and his deep sense of compassion defined his approach to the law. David’s dedication and integrity shaped our firm’s identity and set the highest standard of excellence that we strive to uphold each day.
