John J. Ospina

John J. Ospina is an associate attorney at Ross Earle Bonan Ensor & Carrigan, P.A. Admitted to the Florida Bar in April 2025, John brings a diverse background and a wealth of experience to the firm. Born in Japan, John spent 18 years there before moving to the United States to pursue higher education. He earned his B.A. in History from Florida State University in 2016 and later graduated with his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2023.

Before joining Ross Earle Bonan Ensor & Carrigan, John was a Certified Legal Intern at the Miami Dade Public Defenders Office. His practice areas include Community Association Law, Bankruptcy Law and Civil Litigation. Outside of his professional life, John enjoys boating, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
